RateFlow is BankingBridge's rate-delivery layer. It connects to your pricing engine and turns its output into clean, consistent rate data that can power real-time pricing, comparisons, dashboards, alerts and workflows. In short, it's what gets your live rates out of your pricing engine and in front of borrowers.
No. RateFlow works with the engine you already use. Supported engines are Optimal Blue, Mortech, Polly, Lender Price, Loansifter, MortgageBot and Loanpass. You do need an active account with one of them, because manual rate uploads aren't supported
Rate data flows automatically from your pricing engine and updates in almost real time, including intraday changes and morning rate releases, so nobody has to update rates by hand. BankingBridge has described this for Loansifter and Lender Price. The rates are only as accurate as your engine, so keep its margins, mark-ups and available investors up to date.
You can show live rates on your website, build side-by-side rate comparisons, and power dashboards, rate alerts and lead workflows. It's designed to help teams build custom rate displays faster and at lower cost, using ready-made pricing scenarios. If you'd rather not build anything, BankingBridge also offers ready-made rate tables and displays that run on the same data.
You need an active pricing engine account and a request to BankingBridge for access. BankingBridge issues your App Key and sets up the website address where your rates will appear, and rates only load on that approved site. Someone on your team also needs to be able to add code to your website, unless you use a ready-made display.
It can do both. Visitors can request a quote or start a lead workflow, and leads can come from your own website forms. Leads are routed into your existing CRM, so your team follows up the way it already does.
